Bill Organizer: tally (“the app”, “tally”, “we”) is published by Gameplay Labs LLC. The app has no account, no login, and no server of our own. This policy explains how data is handled.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. Your bills, payees, amounts, due dates, notes, and reminder settings stay only on your device. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Data processed by Google for advertising and analytics is described below.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain data, including a device advertising identifier (a tracking technology), IP address (from which approximate location may be derived), ad-interaction data, and diagnostic information such as app performance data, for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement. For users Google identifies as under 18, Google disables ads personalization. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. See Google’s “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” and the Google Privacy Policy.
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used (for example, which screens are opened and how often the app is launched) and to improve the app. Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider, including app-interaction events (these never include your bill names, payees, notes, or exact amounts — at most broad amount ranges), an app-instance identifier, coarse device information (such as device model and operating system version), and approximate region derived from IP address. This analytics data is not used to personalize ads and is not shared for advertising purposes. Where the law requires consent for analytics (for example, in the United Kingdom), analytics runs in line with the choices you make in the consent message. Analytics data is retained by Google for a limited period and then deleted. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
The app offers an optional one-time purchase, tally Pro (ad removal and expanded limits and reports). Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple’s App Store through your store account; we do not receive or store your name, payment card details, or billing address. The app only receives confirmation from the store that the purchase was completed, and your tally Pro status is stored on your device. Where required, the app shows a consent message that lets you choose whether ads are personalized. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Ad Privacy Options” in the app’s settings. On iOS, the app also asks for tracking permission through Apple’s system prompt; you can change this later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Depending on where you live — including the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand — you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we operate no servers and hold no personal data about you, most requests can be answered immediately: the only data processed off your device is handled by our advertising and analytics partner (Google), as described above. Information processed by Google may be transferred to and stored in the United States and other countries where Google operates; where consent is required for this transfer, the app’s consent message covers it. To exercise any right or raise a concern, contact privacy@gameplaylabs.org, and please include the app’s name (“Bill Organizer: tally”) in the subject line so we can identify your request — we will acknowledge your message within 30 days and respond without undue delay. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know, delete, or opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Under some state laws, showing personalized ads may count as “sharing” or “selling”; you can opt out at any time through “Ad Privacy Options” in the app’s settings (this is our “Your Privacy Choices” — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — control) or by resetting or limiting your advertising ID in your device settings. Because we do not collect or store personal information on our own servers, requests to know or delete generally concern data processed by our advertising and analytics partner (Google) — see the Google Privacy Policy linked above. The app is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Because we store nothing on our side, you can clear all app data at any time by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
tally is an organization and reminder tool. It does not pay your bills or process bill payments, and it does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. The only payment the app offers is the optional one-time tally Pro purchase, which is processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store as described in the Purchases section above.
