Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026 · This edition covers availability in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

By downloading or using Tournament Bracket Maker (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

The app is intended for users 13 and older.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Bracket tool only

Tournament Bracket Maker helps you create brackets, organize tournaments, and record scores and results. It does not process payments, does not offer or facilitate betting, wagering, gambling, or prizes of any kind, and does not provide legal advice. How a tournament is run is up to you: we are not responsible for the accuracy of results, standings, or seeding you enter, and we do not arbitrate disputes between organizers or participants.

Content you enter

You are responsible for the information you enter into the app, including team and participant names, and for having permission where required before entering or sharing other people’s names. Bracket data stays on your device; anything you share (for example, a bracket image) is shared by you through your device’s own share feature.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted use, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameplay Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Advertising

The app may display third-party ads (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for advertiser content or the products and services advertised.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
