The app is intended for users 13 and older.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Melodies used in training exercises are drawn from public-domain works (classical and traditional folk music). The app itself — including its design, sounds, exercises, and other content — is owned by Gameplay Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Perfect Pitch Ear Training helps you practice ear training, interval and chord recognition, music theory, and sight-reading. It is a learning and practice tool and does not provide legal or medical advice. Any scores, grading, or feedback the app provides are for your own practice, and we are not responsible for their accuracy.
The app is an educational and practice tool only. It is not a hearing test, a hearing-care or audiology service, a hearing-treatment tool, or a medical device, and it does not provide any diagnosis, assessment, or treatment of any hearing or medical condition. If you have any concern about your hearing or ears, consult a qualified health professional.
Some exercises play tones, intervals, and chords. When using headphones or earphones, keep the volume at a comfortable, moderate level. Prolonged or excessive volume can damage your hearing. You are responsible for setting a safe listening volume, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameplay Labs LLC is not liable for hearing damage or discomfort resulting from the volume at which you choose to play audio.
Your practice progress, statistics, and settings are stored on your device. The app has no account and does not upload this information to us.
The app is free to download and use, supported by ads. An optional one-time purchase, Fa Pro, removes ads and unlocks themes and detailed practice statistics. Fa Pro is a single, non-recurring payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. All training modes and levels are free for everyone; Fa Pro never unlocks or restricts training content.
Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store through your store account, and the price is shown in the store before you buy (prices may vary by region). If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, your purchase can be restored through the same store account at no additional cost (use “Restore Purchases” in the app). Refunds are handled by the store under its terms — for Google Play via Google Play support, and for the App Store via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue store refunds directly.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted use, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameplay Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
The app may display third-party ads (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for advertiser content or the products and services advertised.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
