Nocturne ("the app", "we") is published by Gameplay Labs LLC. This policy explains what data the app handles. The app has no account, no login, and no server of our own.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. Your dream entries, your written reflections, tags, and saved symbols are stored only on your device and never leave it (except as needed by the advertising provider below).
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, including device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, approximate location where permitted, and ad-interaction data. For users Google identifies as under 18, Google disables ads personalization.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android).
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know, delete, or opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Under some state laws, showing personalized ads may count as "sharing" or "selling"; you can opt out at any time through the ad privacy options in the app (where available) or by resetting or limiting your advertising ID in your device settings. Nocturne is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Because we store nothing on our side, you can remove all app data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
