Pumping Tracker: Ounce

Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 September 2026 · This edition covers availability in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

By downloading or using Pumping Tracker: Ounce (“the app”, “Ounce”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

The app is intended for users 16 and older.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Record-keeping tool only — not medical advice

Ounce records the pumping sessions and milk stash details you enter and calculates totals, averages, and estimates (such as days of stash remaining) from those entries. It does not provide medical, lactation, or nutritional advice, is not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. Storage reminders are based only on settings you choose. For questions about pumping, milk supply, or how long breast milk can be stored, follow the guidance of your healthcare provider or lactation consultant and official food-safety guidance. Calculated figures are for your personal reference.

Ounce Pro (one-time purchase)

The app is free to download and use, with no ads. An optional one-time purchase, Ounce Pro, unlocks a live pumping timer on your lock screen, advanced statistics, a days-remaining estimate for your milk stash, separate records for multiple children and nursing periods, donor milk records, and themes. Ounce Pro is a single, non-recurring payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Unlimited logs, the pumping timer, milk stash tracking, reminders, and CSV export are free for everyone and are never part of Ounce Pro.

Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store through your store account, and the price is shown in the store before you buy (prices may vary by region). If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, your purchase can be restored through the same store account at no additional cost (use “Restore Purchases” in the app). Refunds are handled by the store under its terms — for Google Play via Google Play support, and for the App Store via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue store refunds directly.

Content you enter

You are responsible for the information you enter into the app, including baby names and notes. Your records stay on your device; anything you share (for example, a CSV export) is shared by you through your device’s own share feature. Because your records are stored only on your device and in any device backups you choose to keep, we cannot recover them if they are lost — exporting to CSV from time to time is a good way to keep your own copy.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted use, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameplay Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
