By downloading or using Mancala 2 Player: Sowstone (“the game”, “Sowstone”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The game is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the game only with the permission of a parent or guardian, including any approval your app store requires.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Mancala is a family of traditional board games. Rule sets such as Kalah and Oware are traditional rules, and their names are used to describe how each mode is played. Sowstone is a game for entertainment: the computer opponent plays within the rules you select and does not alter outcomes, but we do not guarantee any particular result, rating, or level of difficulty.
The game is free to download and play, with no ads. An optional one-time purchase, Sowstone Full Game, unlocks the Master computer level, Oware and additional rule sets, house-rule switches, move analysis, board themes, and stats. Sowstone Full Game is a single, non-recurring payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Kalah rules, the Easy, Normal, and Hard computer levels, two-player games on one device, and sharing your results are free for everyone and are never part of Sowstone Full Game.
Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store through your store account, and the price is shown in the store before you buy (prices may vary by region). If you reinstall the game or move to a new device, your purchase can be restored through the same store account at no additional cost (use “Restore Purchases” in the game). Refunds are handled by the store under its terms — for Google Play via Google Play support, and for the App Store via reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue store refunds directly.
Result cards are created on your device. Anything you share is shared by you, through your device’s own share feature, and you are responsible for what you share and with whom. Because your games and stats are stored only on your device and in any device backups you choose to keep, we cannot recover them if they are lost.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted use, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameplay Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
